Return Policy
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition you received it
- Be unused and in its original packaging
- Include all original accessories and documentation
To initiate a return, email support@agoraloop.com with your order ID and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- Photos of the damaged item or packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll resolve the issue immediately — replacement, refund, or whatever works best for you.
